As the Platform Bar is currently undergoing renovations, this month we’ll be hosting our tasting at the Hilton in their Vintaged Bar. They’ve even been so good as to offer us 15% off meals if you want to grab a bite to eat.

For the Whisky – we’ve put together a selection to showcase how different finishes can affect the flavour. Each of these 4 whiskies have been aged in different barrels.
